Meet the founder

Plan My Beach Wedding didn't begin with a business plan. It began with a camera and a little boy.

Before starting Plan My Beach Wedding, I worked as a Child Protective Services (CPS) social worker, helping children and families through some of the most difficult moments in their lives. That career taught me compassion, organization, patience, and the importance of caring for people during life's most meaningful moments.

When my son was born in 2005, everything changed.

Like many parents, I wanted to capture every smile, every milestone, and every memory. What began as photographing my son quickly became a passion for photography. I immersed myself in classes, workshops, and seminars, eventually becoming a certified wedding photographer.

For more than 15 years, I photographed weddings, documenting one of the happiest days in people's lives. Through my camera, I learned to anticipate meaningful moments, understand couples' emotions, and appreciate the small details that make every wedding unique.

In 2014, my husband joined me, and together we continued serving couples, combining our talents and creating unforgettable wedding experiences.

​

When we moved to Florida, I continued photographing beach weddings along the beautiful Gulf Coast. Standing behind the camera, I realized I wanted to do more than preserve memories—I wanted to help create them.

I saw an opportunity to offer couples something more personal, more organized, and more relaxing than a traditional wedding service.

That vision became Plan My Beach Wedding, officially founded in 2018.

Today, we help couples from around the world celebrate one of the most important days of their lives on Florida's beautiful beaches. From the first inquiry to the final photograph, our mission is to create beautiful, stress-free beach weddings that allow couples to focus on what truly matters—celebrating their love with their loved ones while we take care of the details.

Although Plan My Beach Wedding was established in 2018, our company is built on decades of experience serving families, more than 15 years of wedding photography expertise, and a genuine passion for creating unforgettable wedding experiences.
